We caught a bug affecting XT.com , some users have tried to withdraw LOOP on BEP20 network but because of the bug, the network changed to LOOP Mainnet and it will be very disadvantageous if we withdraw to another CEX which doesn't have support for LOOP Mainnet Please make withdrawals from XT.com "Only" to non custodian wallets such as Metamask to recover your money.
